You will spend three evening hours at Ditmars Orchard learning the art of creating the perfect charcuterie board while sipping their beloved wines, having a flight of hard ciders, or enjoying their cold crafted beers.

The class includes hands on training from Wenday on how to create magic with food! You will create your own boards with your group of friends, or meet someone new while soaking in some summer sun, and enjoying the atmosphere of the pretty Iowa countryside from 5 pm to 8 pm on a  breezy Thursday evening. Wenday will be using fresh produce, jams, and honey from Ditmars Store. So fun and oh-so tasty!
