About the Event
⚠️Please note this class is two parts: Saturday, April 11th 4-6pm & Saturday, April 25th 4-6pm.⚠️
Join us for a deep dive into pottery as we craft the ultimate everyday object: the mug! This session is led by the talented Christy Jaworski, artist & owner of V. Ferme in Blair, NE. Christy guides you through the building process, offering a variety of ways to make the piece your own. Experiment with textured rolling pins to create depth and dimension, or use carving tools to etch unique details into the surface. Elevate your morning coffee with a piece designed and finished by your own hands.
After class, the instructor will dry and fire your mug back at the kiln. Participants will return at the 2nd class date (Saturday, April 25th 4-6pm) to glaze your pottery. The instructor will glaze fire your mug and drop it back off at Ditmars Orchard where you…
