⚠️Please note this class is two parts: Friday, March 13th 6-8pm & Friday, March 27th 6-8pm.⚠️ Curious about working with clay? This 2 part beginner-friendly pottery class is the perfect introduction to the art of hand-building.
In this hands-on workshop led by the incredibly talented Christy Jaworski, owner of V. Ferme in Blair, NE, you’ll create your own small pinch pot while learning the foundational basics of working with clay.
Participants will learn:
The different stages of clay (wet, leather-hard, bone dry, and bisque)
How to properly wedge clay
How to form a pinch pot using hand-building techniques
